As mentioned in previous posts, the San Jose State University Alumni Association's LinkedIn Group and inCircle site both provide excellent ways for Spartan alumni to connect with each other online. Both services enable alumni to communicate with each other for free, and offer powerful additional services.
However, if you are looking for someone in particular and cannot find them on either of these sites or other social networking sites such as Orkut, Facebook, or MySpace.com, then you might want to try Classmates.com. The best thing about classmates.com is that over 9,000 people who have attended San Jose State University are registered with the service. The worst thing is that, unlike the services mentioned above, you have to pay for a premium membership to send a message to contact anyone. However, if you register with classmates.com and receive a message from another classmate who does have a premium membership, you can respond to that message for free.
